Just wanted to let you know that if you have a damaged lanai that needs either screen repair or the aluminum structures replaced, the company we highly recommend is Lanai and Screens of Tampa. They are an extremely well run and professional company that amazed us with their customer service.
Our lanai screen was torn and damaged by both the weather and our dog. Not only did it look horribly embarrassing but bugs and even a snake got through the holes. We didn’t even want to sit on our patio furniture in the evening because we were constantly being eaten by mosquitoes.
I don’t know why we waited so long to have it fixed, but I am so glad we finally did. But it wasn’t easy! We called two other local Tampa companies in Pasco County that supposedly were experts with this type of work, but it was a nightmare. The first company didn’t even return our phone message and the second company didn’t show up to the estimate. I can’t even understand how these companies are in business. Finally the third company we called, Lanai and Screens of Tampa, not only answered the phone (wow what a novel business idea) but they were friendly and very helpful! They came out to give us a free estimate – and yes, they showed up on time and their employee was professional and overall just a really nice guy. The estimate was fair so we scheduled the work to be done.
They showed up on the day the work was scheduled for – and yes, on time again! The work was completed faster than we thought it would be and they exceeded all of our expectations.
Now we can enjoy our lanai and patio furniture again. Do yourself a favor and call this company if you need any work done on your lanai, patio or screen repair. I think they even install doggie doors.
