Book Requirement
The required ACLS / PALS Provider Manual is included. You will be receiving an eBook version of the manual to the email address on file. You will receive an email coming directly from the American Heart Association and will provide access to your eBook. Please check your spam/junk folder if this email is not on your inbox.

Required Precourse Work
In order to participate in this PALS class, you must pass and complete the PALS precourse work. The PALS Precourse Work involves a student reviewing course content through online videos before entering the classroom. The video lessons cover multiple medical subjects, and each lesson includes questions to engage the student. See Precourse instructions for details.
Payments
If you chose the 3 Pay option, then you currently have a balance of $204 that must be paid either prior to the day of class or on the day of class. We do not save your payment information (for security reasons) so you must contact us to make payment. Balance can be paid by cash or credit card – NO CHECKS ACCEPTED.

Class Length
Your PALS Class will last around 8-9 hours.

Just wear comfortable clothing.
What to Bring
Bring your printed PALS precourse work completion certificate and PALS Provider Manual.
Certification Cards
Certification cards are issued electronically the same day by midnight.
Refunds and Rescheduling
There are NO REFUNDS for classes or books that were purchased and scheduled. You may reschedule a class, if necessary, by emailing info@cprtampafl.com with that request before your scheduled class. If we do not receive a request from you prior to your class, we do not offer a refund and you may not reschedule. If you do not pass the course, we will allow you to study the materials and reschedule for a future class. We allow this as a courtesy one time only. If you are not successful on the second try, you will have to purchase the class again.
Card Recovery Costs
All American Heart Association cards are now digital. If you lose access to your card, there is a $20 recovery cost for each occurrence. However, if you purchased Card Insurance, recovering access to your card is FREE for 2 full years.
PURCHASE CARD INSURANCE – If you didn’t purchase card insurance, you can do so now by following the link. This will be your last opportunity, so get your insurance now.
